"Lovely clean room, which overlooked the nearby Bickleigh bridge. The addition of a pedestal fan in the room, was much appreciated. Very relaxing atmosphere, the breakfast (not included in our room rate) offered great choice, and was plentiful. We booked a table at the restaurant twice during our stay. There was a good selection of typical pub grub available. The service was excellent, and the food was delicious. My personal favourite was a dessert of Lemon tart with ice cream - which I would definitely have again. "

"It was awesome, we are only based in Braunton about 40-45 mins away and we needed an anniversary trip to literally just chill during a difficult time and this place did the absolute trick. We didn’t leave the resort, a 2 bedroom meadow view lodge was stunning. We will be back with the kids definitely. "

"We were allocated a very small room that looked out over the flat roof of the building and fire exits The room was very small and would not be great for along stay, we were there two nights and it was okay Book parking if you need it as spaces can be tight, there is another parking plot further down the same road and it far from hotel"

"The staff were all very friendly and helpful, the room was very large with a lovely shower ensuite. Parking was limited but they informed us we could get a permit at a local shop 4 days cost £15 which was reasonable and several carparks could be used ."
