"Overall we had a good stay at Centrooms. Communication before our stay was very good and an airport transfer was arranged through Centrooms which was appreciated since we were arriving in the early hours of the morning with a baby. First impressions weren't the best as it was a walk through a dark back yard to get to our block and the entrance/stairwell are very old. "It was a nice hotel. A little noisy at times as renovation work was done. Staff could not speak English. Staff could not wake me or call a cab for me. You are on your own. Hotel room was clean and had a microwave. Bed was comfortable. You had to go around the back of the building to get to the hotel entrance. "

"It’s not really boutique hotel, more like houtige room in old building. On arrival there was nobody at reception and after calling a while later someone came an rudely showed us to our room. Garbage bags on the floor in front of room door was a put off. Inside room was nice. We had power failure and after calling the reactions was “what do want us to do, it will come one some time today…..” we were due to check out in a few hours and was without light and power.
