"This home was remodeled about 3 years ago and was incredibility done. They did not miss any detail. It's a beautiful home with an outstanding view. The rooms are large and very comfortable. They provide all the amenities to make every part of the house enjoyable from cooking utensils, utility room, etc. I highly recommend this place to stay for the area."

"We loved our visit - the house is in such a tranquil spot with loads of space inside and out and the view from the terrace was gorgeous. The house is very traditional and you can tell it's been a well loved family home. The weather was very hot but because of the design of the house it stayed cool inside - we hardly needed to use the air conditioning. Il Puffatello is a short walk away and we ate there a few times (the pizzas were some of the best we've ever had). The Co-op in Lucca was about a 10 minutes drive and had everything you would need for a self catering holiday Giovanni was a great host - very relaxed and friendly but not intrusive. We loved our visit and would recommend this property to anyone who was thinking of staying in Tuscany."

"Ideal lovely location on a mt hillside with a beautiful sea view and mountain ranges behind us. Charming couple that own the house. Daniele was very helpful getting our dog the correct health certificate papers since we were visiting Italy for 3 months. He went over and above helping us...and we are very grateful. The house is as described-safe area and close to Lucca and Viareggio Beach and town...a fabulous area to visit!!! Perfect location and base to see all the sights in Tuscany and go on day adventures plus 3 day getaway's too thru out Tuscany. I only have a few suggestions-you need a regular Mr Coffee machine, a Microwave and you need to make space for people's food-Plus an area with the designated trash bags hanging somewhere...You have so many dishes and pie tins there is no room for any thing else...too much stuff- But we were there a month- We loved our stay at this darling house-we would definitely stay here again and we definitely recommend this gem to anyone looking for a wonderful place to enjoy beautiful Tuscany- Thank you very much for everything and your generous generosity in helping us with all the confusing paperwork for our lil doggie.
