"Tanya opted to add an additional deposit a month after I paid in full for a 4 day stay over the Christmas holiday. Then she canceled the reservation 45 minutes after check in time, and she lied about sending a confirmation email. Then she lied about having a water leak. Terrible customer service from the very beginning!! When you book a place you expect to enjoy time with their family… Not be verbally harassed regarding her additional deposit. "We loved staying at this condo. I was very convenient to the conference we were attending at the convention center. Our host provided a very helpful list of all the places to eat and let us know about the wonderful co-op grocery store just a block or two away. We had everything we needed. Perfect! "No hot water, no heat or a/c, dirty(food/dust ect), bed broken, chair broken and both were hidden and not disclosed. Had to ask for WiFi but got it too late to even bother with. WiFi box on floor in kitchen which could cause a tripping hazard. contacted host about issue and no action on her end. Contacted Vrbo and no response yet and it’s been over a week. Ended up leaving early and cutting trip short because of the issues and lack of attention to issues. Never got a refund either. But got cc...

"Really nice place in a great location"

"The condo was in a location convenient to the college and the football stadium. (We even walked the two miles after the game to avoid waiting in traffic). Parking was easy and close. The property was clean, and the beds were comfortable."

"The apartment was clean and well stocked. Had several plates and coffee cups for use. We didn't cook so I don't know about other supplies. Had a coffee maker too! I would say that this is in apartment, not a condo. Area was okay. Would stay here again if I was passing through."

"We had lived in these apartments (now condos) when my husband was a student at NCSU in 1970-1973. We love to stay in these now condos when we return to Raleigh to visit family in the area. Chip has done a nice renovation on the condo but the outside still retains the 70's vibe. It's a great location for walking to the Village with lots of restaurants, shops and grocery stores. "Our weekend stay here was nothing short of amazing. The house was more than what was expected. It was thoroughly clean and stocked with anything you may need. The beds and sheets, amazing, made you want to not get out the bed! Will definitely be back! Thanks for having us!"

"This homeowner charged our travel insurance almost $500 because their toilet stopped up and for some towels and washcloths that we absolutely did NOT take with us. They were determined to get more money out of us. We regret staying here."
