"We had an amazing time staying at the water tower for two nights! Such a quaint quiet neighborhood. The location was great for us to venture to Belgium one day and up to Cologne on the second. So many details to list - fresh eggs from the chickens who live on the property, a stunning garden and the most pleasant hosts."

"Friendly and helpful host. Easy to check in and out. A lovely, quiet place within 25 minute walk of Phantasialand. Silvia was very friendly and the house was absolutely perfect for our needs. If we come back to Phantasialand we will definitely stay again. It truly felt like a home from home, with some lovely thoughtful extras."

"Het appartement bevindt zich op de 4de verdieping (er is een lift) en op één na dichtst bij de Rijn, dus prachtig uitzicht. Het appartement is echt volledig in orde, heel goed verzorgd en voorzien van alle gemakken (incl. airconditioning). De gastvrouw is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Onze hond (labrador) was ook heel welkom, bij het buitenkomen beneden was er voldoende gras voor hem (men komt niet uit in een straat). Het is zeker een mooie locatie voor wandelingen en fietstochten."

"We had a wonderful time on our first trip to Europe. Our apartment was very clean, and we had a view of the beautiful garden in the back of the house. We had plenty of space and a small kitchen to cook our meals. Christa was an excellent host, and provided us with a small oven and extra towels. I highly recommend staying with the Oelmeier's if you are in the Bonn area!"

Die Wohnung ist exakt den Beschreibungen entsprechend, ca 1-2 km von Waldbreitbach entfernt gelegen, sehr ruhig, mit wunderbarem Ausblick auf das Tal und den gegenüberliegenden "Bärenkopp", ein sehr schönes Wandergebiet. "We were visiting family in Bad Godesberg and this apartment was an easy and quick drive away. Host was very helpful, check-in was easy, apartment was clean. Everything was comfortable, neighborhood was peaceful, and the view from the terrace was amazing. Grocery store just around the corner. We had a great stay here and would absolutely recommend it to others!"

"Overall, excellent place to stay. My room was spacious and was as advertised. The receptionist was very kind and allowed my Mom to check out later as I was still in my conference until 3PM. It is about 10-15 min walk to/from Bonn UN Campus train station. I took off a point because the room did not have kleenex, bar soap, and the bathroom door is a barn sliding door that didn’t really close nor provide much privacy (no lock, see through, no soundproofing). "
