"There are several small guesthouses in the area, but what makes this one special is the house manager, Carlo! I have a pet, so pickings were slim. The rooms are basic, very clean, and the perfect location to explore. Within walking distance to Zocalo, Arcos de Xolchomilco, and the local park El Llano park where every morning you can join the locals on a Tai-Chi class or Zumba. "I've been living outside the capitol for 12 years, Enjoy trying new places when doing business downtown and recommending the ones where the staff is helpful, friendly and supportive. I did not find that to be the case here. This hotel seems to be about making money, not building good relationships. Sad. Good news is there are places like Arnels in Jalatlaco where you'll be treated like family. :)"

"This was our first time in Oaxaca and honestly the hotel exceeded our expectations, if you’re looking for a true boutique hotel experience, well this is it. From the attentive staff, to all the thoughtful amenities in our room. Our room was the Suite Amador and it was beautiful. If we ever go back to Oaxaca we’ll definitely be going back to this hotel."

"口コミが少ないので少し心配でしたが、本当に泊まってよかったです、セントロまで徒歩15分くらいで、夜はとても静かでよく眠れます。たまに犬の鳴き声がすごいけど、それはメキシコだから仕方ないです。Casaのオーナーはとても親切で優しく、スペインご飯オンリーですが、私がうっかり部屋の中に鍵を置いたまま出てしまって締め出されたときもすぐにかけつけてくれました。とてもオシャレで清潔な部屋でした。欲を言えばシャワーの水圧がもう少し強いと嬉しいですが、これもやはりメキシコはどこもこんな感じだと思うので納得するしかないです。また泊まりたいと思えるコスパの良いCasaでした。"

"Casa Gubidxa was an amazing place to stay. We showed up before check in and they watched our stuff and event let us check in a few minutes early. Everything was freshly cleaned, the room was nice, the price was quite reasonable, and the patio was great for relaxing. Our favorite part was the staff though as they were very kind and gave us great recommendations. We would definitely recommend staying here! "

"The hotel is not nice and have no installations to properly receive people.. yet the area is beautiful and the hotel is a good deal for día de los muertos as it is the cheapest and in a not so remote area. Actually la reforma looks like an amazing neighborhood if you are looking for a long stay in Oaxaca (1 month or more) as it is safe and nearby."

King size bed Large bathroom. For Mexico it’s luxury at its best. Location is perfect. Two blocks from Santa Domingo Church. Across from Parque Conzatti and one block to Parque Llano.
