"It was a basic studio and was clean. Air con was good. Pool closes for 3 hours 2-5pm. Food in restaurant is very good and reasonable priced but for all the staff they have (5) service is terrible. I had to go bar and order in end as got sick of waiting even though it wasn’t busy. When we received meal i had to get up and ask for cutlery. No entertainment on night we stayed"

"Really liked the gated area and felt secure and safe. Property is modern and the AC throughout is refreshing. Always had hot water even though there were 7 adults. Well kept dip pool that was serviced regularly and no issues. Liked the washing machine area and the extended dining room. " This hotel is about 5 mins from Alicante airport (Elche) and on the motorway. Regardless of having my own property about 40 mins from the airport I always stay here if I have a late flight (as it’s too late to start cleaning in my own place) or very early flight going home. The hotel room is spacious, comfortable and at a cheap price and there is secure parking. The hotel has its own cafe and serves a variety of good food 247. Worth going for the same reasons mentioned. "
