"Our host Oreste was very helpful and friendly. The staff at this hotel spoke English and went above and beyond to help us. They even provided excellent Gluten free rolls for my breakfast each morning when I told them I was Celiac. The breakfast spread was excellent. The room was clean with a balcony and wonderful view of the lake. Across the street there was a nice walkway along the lake in both directions joining the towns. It was very close to Malcesine and other local attractions. We liked it...

"Also das Personal und die Begrüßung waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage mit den Zimmern direkt am See ist schon wirklich sehr schön, wenn nur diese alten Zimmer nicht gewesen wären. Das Foto auf der Homepage für das Superior Zimmer waren nicht die von dem Zimmer. Frühstück war ok… es gab Cappuccino aus dem Automaten und Saft wurde mit Wasser gestreckt. Für die eine Nacht schon machbar."
