"The address you gave us stated Grandvilliers when it actually was nearer Helensvilliers so we had trouble to find it. There were no directions only the address and that was difficult to find. On arrival we were told that one of the 2 showers in the property did not work and the plumber was going to repair it. However it was not repaired until 6 days later which was the day before we left. This meant as a family of 5 we had to share the one shower in our room every day which was completely...

"This is the only way Vrbo say I can discuss the holiday with the lady who owns the house and I think Vrbo customer service is shocking. The house was large and the garden was lovely for a family but the cleanliness was shocking. Both bathrooms were filthy and I had to clean them immediately. The downstairs shower had a Pooh wrapped in the shower curtain when we arrived and we believe the upstairs toilet must have a small leak as it stank of urine and once I cleaned it, it improved but came back...

"J’avais réservé pour pouvoir loger toute ma famille et mes amis à l’occasion de mon anniversaire. L’hébergement a plu à tout le monde, les chambres sont confortables, il y a tout le nécessaire (ustensiles de cuisine, oreillers supplémentaires etc) pour se sentir « comme à la maison ». Nous n’hésiterons pas à réserver de nouveau à l’occasion d’une autre fête"
