"Exactly as advertised; actually, better than advertised. The listing says there are 4 bathrooms but there are 5! The house is beautiful and spacious and very clean. The kitchens (one indoor, one outdoor) are very well-equipped: tons of dishes and pots and pans and utensils and gadgets. Even an immersion blender! Nice appliances: Bosch induction cooktops, dishwasher, etc. Several large flat-screen TVs and sound bars, speakers, video games if you're into that. Beautiful pool, stunning views, great...

"Our stay here was truly lovely, the villa has everything you could need, well equipped kitchen, spacious lounge area and beautiful pool. Air con was welcome as it was 35 plus for our stay. Will need a car though only 5mins from good supermarket, and town of Rogoznica which has a lovely walk along a harbour area with lots of restaurants. The owner was easy to contact via whatsapp to arrange check in, then left us in privacy and was easy to contact to arrange check out at our convenience based on...
