These are mostly beautiful nature, clean sea and much needed silence and peace. At the same time, entertainment is at your fingertips, and a handful of activities for both children and the elderly. Rogoznica is the perfect place for a family holiday and enjoyment with dear friends.

Villa Empire was built in 2015 in a contemporary construction style, which will delight you with its beautiful exterior and decorated interior. With its 300 m2 of living space, it offers accommodation for a maximum of 13 people, and the total area of the property is 500 m2. It is only 88 metres away from the nearest sea, so you will be able, if you wish, to find a pleasant refreshment in the depths of the sea, in addition to the pool. The villa has a total of 7 bedrooms with balconies, 6 of which have a double bed, and one bedroom has 1 single bed. You can also use 4 bathrooms, two with a bathtub and two with a shower. From the two bedrooms on the upper floor you will enjoy a view of the Adriatic Sea.

On the ground floor, in the living room, you will rest and enjoy your favourite movies. The living room includes a spacious corner sofa, an armchair, TV and a romantic fireplace. There is also a dining room with a dining table, where there is a direct exit to the outdoor terrace. The kitchen also has a bar with bar stools, and you can easily prepare meals for the whole family there.

You can enjoy yourself in the heated pool located on the outdoor terrace. The pool is 32 m2 in size and 1.5 metres deep, and its additional functionality is counter current swimming. On the sunbed, next to it, there are 4 deckchairs and a garden sofa where you can drink your morning coffee and read the newspaper. You will be able to prepare delicious Dalmatian dishes such as meat or fish on the outdoor gas grill, and you can try them at any time on the outdoor covered table. The terrace of Villa Empire is surrounded by greenery and offers you complete privacy.

Additional content consists of a washing machine, dryer and iron, and 2 separate toilets. If necessary, there is also a cot in one of the bedrooms, and you can use a feeder.

The yard is fenced and offers 3 private parking spaces.

In the town of Rogoznica and on its beaches, you will be surrounded by silence and overwhelmed by the scents of pine forests, the sea and Mediterranean plants. The beaches are most beautiful in the morning, when the sea is completely calm and the only thing you can hear are the crickets and seagulls that surround this wonderful little place. Rogoznica is a perfect place for families who come on holiday with children. If you are a runner, this is an ideal place to rest, where there is a long paved road that seems to have been created for a morning run.

Rogoznica is a small picturesque place on the Adriatic coast, ideal for a one-day trip or an extended holiday. It is located halfway between Split and Šibenik, and close to two national parks: Krka and Kornati waterfalls.
