Guests of the villa also have 5 bathrooms at their disposal, two of which are equipped with a bathtub, three with a shower, alongside a separate toilet. The villa also has a fully equipped kitchen and dining room with enough place for all the guests (8 + 2). The cosy living room with a fireplace is perfect for an afternoon rest and relaxation both in summer and winter months. The entertainment offer of the villa includes a game room with a dart board, Karaoke machine, table tennis equipment, pool table, PlayStation 4 console and direct access to the roof terrace with a jacuzzi where you can relax while enjoying fantastic view.

The fully enclosed, 442 m2 large yard, features a nice swimming pool (21 m2) surrounded by sun loungers. If you prefer swimming in the sea, just go down to the beach located in front of the villa and enjoy a refreshing swim in complete privacy. There are 3 private parking spaces available for guests.
