Villa located in the vineyards of the wine route and 10 walk from the Provencal village of Rognes. Ideally located 18 km from Aix en Provence and 15 km of the villages of Luberon (Lourmarin, Lacoste, Gordes ...).
The beaches and creeks of the Blue Coast (Carry le Rouet) are 40 minutes and 50 minutes Avignon.
The contemporary home boasts two bedrooms of 12 m2 with shared bathroom and a master bedroom of 35m2 with adjoining bathroom.
A large kitchen / living room 70m2 overlooking the decks through windows in the walls giving a life effect in / out.
Enjoy the pool with magnificent views of the valley and the Luberon in privacy.
For your entertainment the house is also equipped with a basketball hoop, a ping pong table and a petanque area.

Lovely house in beautiful surroundings
We had an amazing stay and enjoyed every bit of the property from the house to the garden and the pool area. Cyril is a most welcoming host and we give him and his house our best recommendations. We would love to return for another stay in the future.

Un parfait séjour
Maison très agréable à vivre avec beaucoup de cachet et de personnalité. On aimerait y vivre au quotidien. Nous avons apprécié son retrait du village et son environnement très calme et reposant qui n empêche pas, lorsque l’on le désire, d aller visiter les villages environnants. La description de l annonce a été conforme à la réalité et nous n avons été aucunement déçus lors de notre séjour par rapport à nos attentes. Propriétaire très disponible et présent.

Vacances très agréables
Nous avons passé un super séjour au calme et plein de soleil 😊 La maison était très agréable et fonctionnelle, ils nous manquaient rien. L’espace piscine très sympa, on en a bien profité ainsi que la table de ping-pong et les boules. Une magnifique région ! Merci à M Riggi pour sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse.

Super séjour dans un cadre idyllique
Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette magnifique maison ! L’intérieur est très agréable et fonctionnel. A l’extérieur, la terrasse offre une Jolie vue, dans un cadre verdoyant et calme. Super spot pour observer le ciel étoilé d’été. ✨ La piscine est top après une journée de balade 😉 Rognes : Emplacement idéal pour visiter la région du Luberon mais aussi vers Aix et Marseille ! Cyril le propriétaire est très accueillant et nous a donné de bons conseils sur les coins à visiter. (Il a été très réactif pour gérer un petit souci de pompe avec la piscine 👌🏻 Merci encore) Toute la famille se rappellera de ces vacances ☀️👍🏼

Vaste maison provencale au charme simple et familial, joliment décorée
A cœur du Lubéron, à égale distance d'Aix, Salon et St Rémy de Provence, Apt et Manoque, et près de nombreux et ravissants villages perchés, nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Accueillis avec bcp de gentillesse par Anne Cécile et Nicolas, disponibles et réactifs. Les photos sur le site ne donnent pas une idée exacte de la maison, qui est bcp mieux. Grande pièce à vivre avec cuisine ouverte, vaste chambre parentale avec salle d'eau. Deux chambres pour jeunes couples avec salle d'eau. Terrasse, barbecue, piscine … Tout au plus peut-on regretter taons et moustiques (85 piqures relevées à la fin du séjour !!!), et des travaux de terrassement dès 7h30 du matin, quatre jours d'affilée, dans la propriété voisine … !!!! Quant à la maison, parfaite pour une grande famille. Mis à part la climatisation (inexistante), peu de choses à reprocher ... ce serait bien de compléter le cahier de consignes en y indiquant où est le compteur électrique (très bien caché !), de préciser la marche à suivre en cas de coupure d'électricité (portail électrique et piscine), et de "faire les niveaux" en mettant une bouteille de gaz neuve et en remplissant les bacs à produits du LL, pour éviter les inconvénients d'une panne dès la deuxième utilisation. Villa chaleureuse et très agréable, idéalement située. Un havre de paix au milieu de la nature.
Villa merveilleusement accueillante avec tout le confort (encore mieux que sur les photos). Nous n’avons pas eu l’opportunité de croiser les propriétaires mais si elle est à leur image, elle donne envie de les connaître. L’accueil de Caroline était par contre au top ! Nous lui souhaitons bon vent pour ses nouvelles aventures! Nous avons débarqué 1semaine avec nos 2 garçons de 8 et 6 ans et toute la famille y a trouvé son compte : collection de BD, livres, jeux de société (la partie de Dawax du premier soir restera dans les mémoires), farniente, plongeons dans la piscine, balades dans les environs ou simplement apprécier le silence et observer la nature et les bestioles en tous genres... Toute la famille s’est même mise au piano! Nous avons par ailleurs découvert une région formidable au carrefour de tellement de lieux que nous n’avons pas pu tous explorer : le Luberon, Aix, Marseille, Avignon, Arles, la Camargue, la route des vins... ça donne juste envie d’y revenir et plus longtemps! Le village de Rognes vaut déjà le détour. Un vrai coup de cœur! Le trajet à pied jusqu’à centre au milieu des vignes restera aussi un souvenir impérissable. Peu de commerces mais de qualité et très acceuillants. Nous avons notamment découvert, sur les conseils de Caroline, un artisant boucher qui à lui seul nous donnerait envie de déménager (plein centre en face du Spar). Bref un magnifique séjour pour nous. Merci à la famille Riggi pour ça. La famille Vivant.

Très belle villa avec vue magnifique

Super vakantiehuis van alle gemakken voorzien
Een toplocatie voor mensen die van rust houden, omdat het huis voorzien is van alle gemakken is het zeer prettig vertoeven. Andere mooie locaties zijn in de nabije omgeving te vinden, een auto is hierbij wel een noodzakelijk feit gezien de afstanden te groot zijn om te lopen. Fijn is dat het en groot grondstuk is waar een of meerder auto's geparkeerd kunnen worden achter een af te sluiten poort.

Très satisfait du séjour et de la maison
Nous avons été très bien accueilli par le propriétaire. La maison est superbe et extrêmement bien située. La piscine est très bien mais pas assez exposée au soleil (exposition uniquement entre 10h30 et 15h00). Ceci dit, nous recommandons vivement cette localisation. Marco Ditroia (Belgique)
