Michael is great and friendly. Our room is exceptional. It's pretty, large ,and very comfortable. The common areas are just as lovely. And the history is amazing. Very worth the stay.

Beautiful place, staff were amazing. Only thing would be is using the tv was a struggle and placement of the tv could have been better. Also the bed was too high, if we were having any health issues it would have been a problem

Beautiful historical inn! Although the restaurant wasn't open when we stayed, it looked very nice. The personnel at the inn were friendly and helpful. The rooms are truly historical as well as comfortable.

It’s always nice to step back in time and imagine how people were before we came to this earth. You definitely get that here. The staff we interacted with were all so kind. Just wish the bar and dining areas were open more. Food was good when we had it and everything was priced fairly.

Beautiful historic inn with excellent restaurant & good bar. Friendly staff. Road traffic can be a little noisy in room, but otherwise quiet. Wonderful place to stay.

Love the old charm but with ‘old’ comes quirks🙂. Elevator only goes to second floor. My room was on the third & those steps had a bit of a lean, so just had to be careful of my footing BUT I adored my third floor room away from first floor restaurant noise. The Inn just is located on a busy street so noise is prevalent till later in the evening.

Wow!!! This is a gorgeous building and the rooms are amazing. We had dinner in the dinning room and the food was outstanding. I would stay here again!!

Each spacious room was decorated nicely and period appropriate. The room had a comfortable bed, sitting area with large TV, and roomy bathroom daily supply of linens. A lot of history was displayed on walls, furniture, and album book. The restaurant had good food and service. There was plenty of good outdoor seating. The staff was very courteous and helpful when answering our questions and giving suggestions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This house has so much history and so beautiful. I actually stayed in 5 of the 9 rooms :). I was only suppose to stay 2 nights with my mom but ended up staying 5 nights. The staff were so helpful to help me make these additional reservations. My mom and I also at lunch and dinner at the restaurant and the food is AMAZING. I will definitely be back when I come to visit my family in TN :).

The Inn was gorgeous and so was the room. We stayed in the Mollie Gray room. We had several negative factors but they were not egregious enough to make the stay bad. There is not sufficient parking for Inn guests as the restaurant patrons took all available spaces forcing guests to park two blocks down at a church lot. The mattress was pretty awful and definitely needs replacing; it was hard and a metal coil mattress that hurt my husband's and my back. Other than that, we had a lovely stay.
