Lakefront has Spectacular View plus Easy Access!

Our Lakehouse is close to restaurants, parks, art and culture (Walton Arts Center, Crystal Bridges, Eureka Springs, Branson, MO. etc.), and you can't get any closer to Beaver Lake! Our place is great for couples and families (with kids). You get the entire bottom apartment to yourselves! (Separate entrance)
Jina and Richard live in the top apartment and will be available to host your stay.
We can even offer you access to our kayaks and row boat or bring your own power boat (Beaver lake is 44 square miles of pristine water with almost 500 miles of scenic shoreline).
You get the entire bottom apartment which has it's own entrance and walks out to a level grass area only a few steps from the lake.
Be assured that we sanitize and disinfect before and after every stay!
This bottom level has 3 bedrooms, 1 Bath (tub, sink toilet and towels supplied) a newly renovated kitchen which is stocked with dishes, flatware, cooking pots/pans/utensils and coffee pot and a laundry room. You also have access to your own deck, table and chairs.
We have a big grassy area between the house and the lake with a fire pit and tree swing.
We have some water floats which you can use in the lake as well as fishing poles, kayaks and an aluminum rowboat with oars which you are free to use and explore the lake.
We're located on a quiet cove with bluffs and very little boat traffic. You are minutes from Horseshoe Bend Marina and open lake areas.
Our home is not far from the historic "Pyramids" submerged amphitheater.
The old resort town was submerged under the lake in 1966 when the dam was constructed. You can explore any above water structures that were not flooded back in 1966 which include the hotel tower, a historic site.
We provide parking for two vehicles. Since we are outside of the city limits, you are able to book a cab or Uber if you don't want to drive into town which is actually only 15 minutes away.
If you have a boat, there is a ramp only a few hundred yards down the road which you can put in, and then either pull onto shore behind our house or easily moor a few feet off shore behind the house for easy access.

Great Lake Place
Great place, right on the water for swimming/fishing/boating. We never got around to using the row boat or the kayaks, but spent a lot of time in the water and fishing.. That part was A+. It's in a cove of the lake so it wasn't constant boat traffic. Location is great, we love the Monte Ne area. Less than two minutes from the gas/station lake shop and the Monte Ne Inn (You have to eat there every time you visit this area, it's tradition). Felt pretty secluded but could be in Downtown rogers in 10 minutes. House was very clean and had tons of amenities. Tons of snacks, which we appreciated after all day outside hiking and swimming Two things I had "issues" with. Very minor but want to provide transparency. 1. The code for our door did not work when we got there. VRBO's messaging wasn't working on any device, luckily the host had provided his phone number. Richard came down with in two minutes of me contacting to fix the code and we got right in. No complaints here, stuff happens. 2. I guess I lack reading comprehension because I totally missed the part where this was a down stairs apartment and not the whole house. Slightly disappointing but that was 100% on me. However, we only ever saw our hosts when they were watering the plants or sitting on there porch. Had plenty of privacy. Only recommendation I would have on the split level apartment deal is to put a door at the bottom of the stairs to add extra privacy. Feel like my kids might have been too loud in that area if w

Lovely lake getaway
This is a spacious and beautiful apartment right on the lake. We loved the outdoor seating and the many amenities including kayaks, paddle boards, fishing poles, and yard games. The inside was comfortable and completely updated.

Live the lake life!
What could be better than walking out the door and enjoying the beautiful Beaver Lake?! We had a great time exploring with the kayaks, paddle boards, floats and more, all of which are included with your stay. The home was super clean and comfortable. It’s about 10-15 minutes to restaurants, shopping and activities in Rogers, and less than 20 minutes to Prairie Creek Marina for renting a pontoon boat for the day. Our family of four had a wonderful vacation together at Richard and Jina’s place!

Great Retreat!
We have two adult sons with special needs and the layout was perfect, each with their own room. The kitchen was great, we had most of our meals there and used the gas grill outside. The rental had everything we could need including paddle boards and kayaks, we made good use of them and lucked out with some fantastic weather. Lots of activities near by, Rogers, Bentonville, Eureka Springs, and Crystal Bridges to explore. We rented a pontoon and did the Ozark Mountain Zipline, tons of family fun. Richard and Jina were great hosts and the property is excellent. Lots of nice touches like snacks, coffee, washer & dryer, etc.

Best trip ever!!
Amazing location, grounds and property were all immaculate, the house itself was so clean and perfect. They had snacks, water, coffee maker just couldn’t ask for more. The bathroom had anything you would need. It was so fun go out on an early morning kayak ride with the bonus of amazing bird watching and other beautiful wildlife. Oh and the comfortable beds.. wow!! I can’t wait to visit again!! 💕

Property was impeccably clean. Decorated beautifully with live plants and flowers throughout. Lake was not crowded and felt safe using kayaks. Fire pit for s’mores was fun. Rental is close to Rogers restaurants and cute outdoor mall area. Definitely Recommend. It had everything you needed and more.

It's a gem, a very clean gem!
Richard and Jina have a little gem in their place! It's even better than the pictures! My family's first impression when we walked in was, it's SO CLEAN! That goes a long way in making you feel comfortable when you're on vacation. We've stayed in many places and this one is hands down the cleanest one! Thank you Jina for your attention to detail. So many little touches, flower arrangements, personalized welcome sign, organized cabinets, toiletries, I could go on and on! This all shows how much they care about the impression they're making on their guests. As for the outside, I could live on the deck. What a view! The kayaks, paddle boards, lily pad, tree swing, hammock and plentiful supply of life jackets and floats kept all of us occupied and readily able to explore gorgeous Beaver Lake. You two have truly thought of everything and made our vacation a very memorable one. We really hope to come back! Thank you!
