Beaver Lake Waterfront - direct water access

Walk-down 75 feet of manicured grass to direct shoreline. Semi-private swim cove with views of Beaver Lake. Enjoy mature shade trees for picnic, lawn games or lounging at fire pit. Kayak, paddle board, lounge or swim directly from the backyard. Semi-wrap deck with 180 degree views of Beaver Lake. Water is easy walkable distance from house for taking kayaks, paddleboards, water toys and ice chests to the shoreline. Brand new interior and furnishings throughout this lakefront vacation rental with a dining area, bar area, island, bright kitchen for cooking and prepping meals and a second full kitchen downstairs for overflow cooking or prepping meals. Sunrise has three master bedroom suites, two have en-suite bathrooms upstairs, hallway 3rd full bathroom upstairs with shower/tub combo. Downstairs master suite loft room has a king bed with futon sleeper in loft. A fourth bedroom has two twin XL bunkbeds for four. Large full bath with custom shower downstairs accessible in hallway. Outside you will find two decks, a barbecue grill, patio furniture and fire table overlooking Beaver Lake. The shoreline is perfect calm waters for swimming, floating, fishing, kayaking and stand-up paddling. Excellent location just 12 minutes from downtown Rogers. Just off Hwy. 12 bridge in Rogers. Great Lake Access
The property was great! The house had an awesome layout. The patio was great to sit out and enjoy the view. We had a full beach day by just walking out the back door.

Family Trip

Wonderful house on beautiful lake with plenty of room for meals and entertaining. Loved the pool table, kayaks and paddle board provided. So easy to just walk down to the Lake! Jennifer was so attentive to all our needs!

Exceptional property, lots of small details add up to amazing experience
This is a gem of a location in Rogers AR, very close to everything. Beautiful lakefront property, amazing views, so relaxing and house was fully stocked with everything you need to relax and enjoy the lake. We had a wonderful time and will book this again when we come to visit our kiddo who is attending University of Arkansas! The local dining is also amazing!

Beautiful house!
We had 8 adults and 3 young children in our group. This house fit our needs perfectly! It was very clean on check-in. The owner was very easy to communicate with. The kids loved having the lily pad on the dock and enjoyed the kayaks and paddleboard.

Lakefront gem
Great lakefront property. Super clean and recently updated. Plenty of room for all 12 of our guests and in person the property was even better than the online pictures. Property owner was super responsive to make sure everything was as expected - and it was! Would definitely go back and also recommend to others who want a lake getaway.

Perfect Weekend Getaway!
This property was perfect for a weekend getaway! Our three families had plenty of space and tons of fun on Beaver Lake! The hosts were accessible when we had questions and were kind and generous and helping us have a fantastic weekend. Thanks to our hosts, we enjoyed kayaking and paddleboarding on this beautiful lake, sitting by the fire on the deck overlooking the lake, and had plenty of room to cook and serve meals to three families! We are already planning to come back next year!!

Great Stay!
Our family of 11, ages 12 to 79 stays at Beaver Shores for 5 nights. Everything was perfect…except for two days of 101 degrees, but that’s no fault of the house. Everything was as advertised, and the recently renovated house has every utensil, pot, and knife that you can think of, including some that we didn’t expect, like toothpicks, a bag of ice, nut bars, and fans in every room. We recommend it highly.

Wonderful time with friends
We stayed here over the 4th of July. House is newly renovated and nicely done. 10-15 minutes to Harps and NHM and downtown Rogers. And via water it is right in between Prairie Creek and Horseshoe Bend marinas. Our group really enjoyed the dock, lily pad, kayaks, stand up paddle board, and outdoor fire pit. Owners were very responsive when we ran out of anything. We'll be back.

Great holiday weekend
I booked this for a surprise 50th bday for my husband and the weekend was fabulous! This property is amazing and the host, Jen is a wonderful, I can't say enough great things! Our family with ages from 17-70+ had a great time and we would/will go back! The water toys, kayaks and paddle board were so fun. Beautiful part of the lake! This house is fully stocked and lots of space for a big group. Having two ovens and fridges was so helpful! Take water shoes as it's rocky getting into lake, but not a big deal. Again, can't say enough positive things about this property and host.
