The apartment is on the ground floor and has its own outside entrance. The ground level provides access to the well-kept garden and private terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. Popular destinations: the town of Furth im Wald (30km), the Great Arber (80km), Hohe Bogen (45km), Monte Kaolino (60km). Day trips to the neighbouring Czech Republic (Plzeň, Prague) or to Nuremberg and Regensburg are highly recommendable as well.
