Lovely apartment in Roes with a terrace

We offer a light-flooded, lovingly renovated attic apartment in a listed 3-Kanthof (former Pyrmonter Zehnthof) for a beautiful, relaxing holiday in the Eifel.
The Himmelshöh can be reached via a steep staircase (not suitable for people with walking difficulties or small children). The open living and dining area offers a TV, sofa, dining table and a loggia that invites you to look at the starry night sky. The kitchen, which is also open, has amenities such as a 2-plate ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment and a dishwasher. On cooler days, the underfloor heating provides a pleasant feel-good climate. There is a bedroom with a double bed (180/200) and a bedroom with 2 single beds (90/200), whose view of the sky also invites you to dream.
The farm is on the outskirts of a tranquil and idyllic village with around 500 inhabitants. You can reach the A48 motorway in just 4 minutes, the nearest towns of Mayen, Kaisersesch and Treis-Karden in 15 minutes and forests and fields in seconds on foot.
The apartment offers an ideal starting point for extensive hiking tours on the dream paths and dream paths. Pyrmont Castle and Eltz Castle are in the immediate vicinity, as is the Elzbach Valley, the nearby Moselle with various leisure activities, Maria Laach, and also the motorsport Mecca, the Nürburgring, is not far away. Singing bowl massages and yoga courses are offered in the courtyard itself.

Sehr schöne, helle Wohnung, interessant eingerichtet. Einfache Schlüsselübergabe und Haustiere waren erlaubt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Kleiner Kritikpunkt: Die Sofas in der Loggia müssten mal auf Stabilität überprüft werden.

Schlüsselübergabe - Erreichbarkeit sehr schlecht.
Die Wohnung war schön, aber sehr hellhörig. In den Unterlagen gab es kein Hinweis, dass ein Code für das Abholen des Schlüssels notwendig ist. Auch war zu der angegebenen Anreisezeit niemand erreichbar. Wir wurden erst Stunden später zurückgerufen. Es war eher Zufall, dass wir den Schlüssel erhalten haben. Kein guter Start.

Die Unterkunft war wunderbar, individuell und sehr gemütlich gestaltet. Sehr ruhig mit traumhafter Umgebung, wie hätten gerne mehr Zeit für einen längeren Aufenthalt gehabt und kämen gerne wieder.

So schön
Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung Himmelshöh super wohl gefühlt. Alles ist so schön hell durch die vielen Fenster und trotz der Dachschrägen großzügig. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und gestaltet. Bei Problemen mit dem Warmwasser im Bad wurde uns schnell durch die Vermieter Hilfestellung gegeben. Im Umfeld konnten wir einige Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen.

Schulfreundinnentreffen
Insgesamt ist die Wohnung gut ausgestattet und bietet ausreichend Platz für 4-6 Personen. Die Architektur ist sehr interessant. Einziges Manko ist der im Badezimmer schlecht abfließende Abfluss im Waschbecken, deswegen 2 Punkte Abzug. Ansonsten gerne wieder.
