"Friendly and accommodating staff. Breakfast was a good spread with delicious breads, fruits, meats, cheeses, etc. room had a good shower and updated bathroom with a lovely mountain view. My only negative during my stay was the carpet in the room could have been nicer-there were footprints and stains on it. Also room had a strong perfume smell I could have done without. "

"Le Clos Cerdan is a great place to stay because everything is right there. The rooms are very freshly redone and spacious with artful lighting. They have a bar and restaurant so no need to drive anywhere, and the view is spectacular. We had a rainy few days so the steam room and sauna were a treat when it was too cold to walk outside. There's also plenty of parking. Next time we'll bring our tennis rackets!"

"Honestly, one of the worst places I have stayed in a while. Check-in was good and staff were helpful. However, from there it deteriorated quickly. The room was dated and very basic. No grill, no toaster, coffee machine was there but there was moldy coffee left in it. Walls had been repaired in a really poor way in places and the equipment was old and not clean. Worst thing about it was the fact that the place had clearly not been cleaned properly. It was really dirty. There was supposed to be...

"Not a great experience. They never replied to my emails asking about facilities. Confirmation and T&C's only sent to me on day of arrival. It only took 5 hours for someone to give us a key to get in. Oh and don't forget to take your own cups and glasses to make up for what's missing. "Wifi was 30 Euros for the week. Bedding + towels + tax 107 Euros. Distance about 200m from the ski lifts and 125m from Supermarket and restaurants. Ample free parking outside. Sauna was hot 90 C and pool had plastic liner (though satisfactory). Always busy after 3pm. Ski passes 195 Euros / 6 days. Room could have been cleaner. Staff don't speak English. Ski lockers too small to store boots. Impressive ski area (2nd visit) but you need good snow to enjoy the most."

The internet said that the hotel had 24hr reception but it is only open for limited hours and closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
