"The hotel was great. Nice and clean and well-maintained. Beautiful areas spectacular views. But the best of all was the service. Assunta stayed on the phone with us until we got to the hotel safely since we got lost. She was so, so, so amazing! Seriously, the location and the view were spectacular."

"What a joke. They advertise all these wonderful amenities and when we arrived there was absolutely nothing available. No spa, no beach, no tennis, no laundry facilities, no hair salon. We would never have stayed here if we had know. When we complained they offered us a free drink! I have complained through the hotel and the refuse to respond and tried to get a refund from Expedia with no luck. Don't go to this hotel if you are expecting lots to do.....there is nothing!"

"A pretty amazing place. Looks very luxurious, the restaurant and the meal was super fancy and yet very reasonably priced. We couldn’t understand why the place was mostly empty, but we stayed mid-week, and the place clearly caters to Italians (even the spa menu was only in Italian). The air-conditioning in the room was not very strong and very noisy, but otherwise very nice room. "

"This hotel is very well located on the sea shore near the very heart of Santa Maria Di Castellabate, Campania. It looks nice, though the rooms are not quite as nice as shown in the pictures on its website. It is no longer a ‘luxury’ hotel. The bed linen, headrest, cushions, etc, are tired and well-past their ‘best by’ dates. They need to be replaced. The fridge in our room was very noisy at night. The bathroom had no extractor fan or air-conditioning. Stepping out of the shower was like...

"This property is in an awkward area that is not bad but not "pretty". The air conditioning hardly cooled the room and was an older unit. Definitely should be updated. All this being said, the staff was AMAZING, the breakfast was FABULOUS, the amenities were better than 4 star hotels that I have stayed in and everything was super clean. Would definitely recommend if not during summer and one has a car to get to the prettier areas."

"The loveliest terrace view! And the cafe/restaurant was so good! And the service was so friendly and personal. Loved it. My only complaint is the train station is too far away to walk, so I had to take a $25 cab ride each way to get from the train to the hotel and back. "
