"The staff was the highlight of the stay, especially at the bar & restaurant. Cleaning ladies were very polite and reception was smooth and efficient. Not sure if the shuttle is part of the staff but the driver was also very kind. The food at the restaurant could be just a tiny bit better, but overall no complaints and would recommend!"

"This hotel had an amazing atmosphere and a great location to old town. The hotel itself is magnificent with a lot of options and beautiful location. The only downfall we encountered was the room was too hot when we asked to lower the temperature they unlocked it, but the room was still so hot that we could not sleep. The vent was actually pushing out hot air. They have notices to avoid having windows open because of bugs but our choice was essentially bugs or melt. Aside from this, it was a beautiful hotel, all staff were very friendly, and the location is the best for views and walkability to the top views. Highly recommend but maybe ask for a fan in your room at night. "
