He took us to our room and showed us around which is when we realized that he does not speak any English so communicating was challenging. "Our family of four loved staying here. Maurizio and his staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. The home cooked traditional meals were delicious, our rooms were immaculate, the views were amazing and we really enjoyed the peace and tranquility. "We loved our stay at Villa Etna Mare. The setting is amazing with the most wonderful views of Mount Etna and the coast. The villa is very well equipped with a great outdoor cooking area. The drive up to the villa is quite a drive! but the instructions from Michael meant that you knew exactly where you were and therefore didn't miss any turnings! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it. Michael, the host,was very helpful with any questions we had too about the local area."
