Reception was welcoming and after hearing about a bad night at a national chain the night before they promptly sorted an upgrade of room for us - so kind. Breakfast was served in a sunny open room with lots of choices and cooked to order! A fabulous way to set you up for the day. "

"Very nice thorough welcome from Sara who explained everything I needed to know. Not sure if the soundproofing mentioned in the advertising applied to my double room but the “deep bath” certainly didn’t and I had a shower with a de-laminating base…suggest of these ate important to you then check with the hotel before booking (I a book very late in the day.) Very friendly staff, I like the 24/7 front desk availability and unfortunately couldn’t stay on for breakfast. Will stay again, as I hear...

"Fantastic building! Perfect location. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Just some rooms are in need of a little TLC so it depends which of the rooms you stay in. The room we stayed in just needed updating but the bed was so comfortable and a very good night sleep was had!! "

"A very nice, clean, small room with a comfortable bed and choice of two chairs. There were some faint water stains on the ceiling but overall the decor was acceptable. The staff were uniformly lovely and helpful. A decent breakfast was on offer in the wood panelled dining room with views of the gorgeous gardens and the sea. A very pleasant stay."
