This home is located only three lots back from the ocean, an easy 300-foot walk to the beach, with close proximity to the Rodanthe fishing pier. Sit on the large well-furnished middle deck with plenty of room to stretch out and catch some rays or curl up with a book and enjoy some peace and quiet. With a well-equipped kitchen, a large dining room table that seats 10, and three seats at the breakfast bar, this is perfect for those memorable family dinners and game nights! Long day at the beach? Wash off by the pool in one of the two outdoor showers before jumping in the hot tub and enjoying a beautiful sunset. Relax in the family room with a 55-inch HDTV and Blu-ray player, surround sound with free WiFi, a queen sleeper sofa, a wet bar, and a microwave, and enough room for your whole party to spread out!
