Duplex completely renovated 40 minutes by car from Barcelona. Modern vintage decoration, very bright and cheerful. It has 2 terraces. Comfortable and cozy, with everything you need to live. Community pool and garden area very well maintained in a quiet area with supermarkets nearby. A 5 minute walk from the beach and 15 min walk from the Roc de San Gaietà (lovely little town next to the sea).
