"The staff was friendly! The pool was clean and it was right off the beach!"

"My stay here was amazing! I gave a 4 star review because one elevator was out of order and it took forever to get on and off tonand from our room. We had no problems using the stairs, yet my kids love the idea of an elevator amd it just wasn't timely enough with only one in order. That aside this hotel was super accomodating, secure, clean and the food and drinks at the bar were great! I'd easily stay again amd recommend them to all!"

"This place was great for before and after our cruise! Looks to be newly renovated and the pool was clean and the waterfall feature is lovely. It looked like there is an area for a bar and restaurant but nothing was available yet. I made use of the laundry facility after our cruise which was really convenient, and it was great with the app so you could see about how much time was left to get your clothes or if a machine was available or in use. The only thing we didn’t care for was the breakfast. But there was a Starbucks nearby we went to."

"Everything about this property is perfect; the location, cleanliness, staff, accommodations, and overall welcoming feeling is second to none! I was most impressed by the entire staff and how kind and accommodating they were; especially the two maintenance guys were more than helpful and friendly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking to stay in Clearwater, Florida! "

"Spontaneous trip to see Rays play at Steinbrenner Field, close to Tampa airport. Decided to stay here due to proximity to airport and ballpark — and view of bay. Wonderful enjoying sunshine in sandy area and at pool. Took walks on causeway that passed beach. Saw beautiful sunsets. Cooked own meals in suite, which had nice kitchen. One area of improvement-only had a kids’ pole and one jig for fishing, when they advertise loan of fishing gear. I actually caught a fish, which snapped the line. Appreciated friendly staff and shuttle to airport."

"There was an issue that happened while staying here, and while minor, the member of guest services went out of her way to make it right. I spoke directly with Taylor and she treated me with dignity and respect. Taylor was able to quickly and fully rectify the situation. How well a property deals with its mistakes is the sign of how well it is run."
