"This property was perfect for our stay. We work nights normally so staying out all night and bar hopping and mingling with the locals was exactly what we were looking to do. Came into town for a wedding and was able to walk everywhere and sight see. We did a ghost bar crawl, the bizarre museum and danced all night at the reef cafe. This particular weekend was the Riverwalk festival and we were able to shop at all the vendors and enjoy some carnival food as well. We created a lot of fun memories....

"We had a small family Thanksgiving this year so we decided to enjoy it at the beach. Beautiful sunrises and perfect walk to the pier. It was chilly but 2 nights was just right. Kitchen was stocked enough but I brought my own storage since I knew they’d be leftovers. Having 2 bathrooms was great. My adult son was too long for the bunk beds so we have officially out grown bunk beds! Oh well! Beautiful area, had never been to Topsail. Would recommend this condo if the 2 sets of bunk beds works...

"Easy access and very thorough communication from the owner. Kitchen is well-equipped and the king bed was very comfortable. The beach is a short walk across the dune and has recently been refurbished such that it's broad and flat for great walking. The view from the living room and king bedroom are wonderful - easy to watch birds and dolphins. Very cozy spot for morning coffee and evening dinner. "I should begin by saying that this was our first VRBO stay. Tim and Julie have set the bar incredibly high! We wanted a place that felt more like “home,” closer to UNCW, where we could relax and even cook some of our own meals for the week of Thanksgiving.
