"The property was very nice and secluded- exactly what we were looking for to have some quiet time away. There were a few areas that could be improved, however. The main area is the cleanliness- the bedding on 2 of the 3 beds appeared to be used with *many* strands of hair and dirt on them, the oven looked pretty bad also- we chose not to use it because of the condition, and there was also a used razor and event bracelet left in the shower from someone else before we got there. "This property is amazing. House is equipped with all modern necessities amid quaint antiques. Loved the quiet setting only 10 minutes out of Columbia. Spent Thanksgiving week here. Great jumping off point for all activities in the area, such as Franklin and Nashville. Greeted by chickens every morning. But the best was the goats that came to visit Thanksgiving morning. Made the trip so memorable. Would definitely recommend. "

"The house was just like an old farmhouse. If that is what you are looking for it’s the perfect place. As was listed in the overview it is close to the road and was a little noisy but we slept very well. Cara is a very gracious host and was very responsive to any and all requests. I am sure the landscaping is very beautiful in the spring. Wonderful stay."
