Our fully renovated 3 bedroom cottage style unit offers all of the amenities needed for a perfect Rockport vacation. Enter from your side patio area with views of the harbor. The master suite has queen bed , private bathroom, sitting area and non working fireplace. Down the hall is another bedroom with queen bed. The third bedroom features a twin trundle bed. The open floor plan living room/dining area abuts a chefs kitchen with all the amenities needed to enjoy great family meals . Brick patio area features dining table and chairs , gas grill and beautiful flower and herb gardens for your enjoyment. Top this all off with central a/c and two parking spaces and you have the perfect Rockport vacation home just steps from downtown restaurants and shops on Bearskin Neck. Less than 1/2 mile walk to Front Beach or Old Garden Beach.

Cozy Stay with Amazing Location!
We absolutely loved our stay! The home was so cozy but spacious, and had everything we needed. It was so convenient to walk right down the street for breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner plus shopping! We will definitely be back :)

Ideal location
We would highly recommend this picturesque Rockport home! It was clean, cozy, and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting again.

Our favorite home away from home!
This is our third year in a row staying in this cottage. We love the location, how it is private with parking, but still close to Gloucester and other shopping areas. Plenty of space! I do wish the master bedroom had a king bed, but other than that we love the property.

Great spot!
Great spot in lovely Rockport. We enjoyed the house, the patio, and walking to close-by restaurants and shops. We also used Rockport as a base for Salem and Boston trips by the T train. Recommended!

Clean, bright, comfortable and well equipped for a great stay!
This place made our vacation great! Perfect for our family of 4. We really enjoyed the patio area for outdoor dinners and the off street parking was a real bonus. Great access to town, a short walk to Bearskin Neck and all the fun stuff. Highly recommended!

Beautiful charming spot, quiet and super clean
A great remodel resulting in every convenience a family could want! Quiet and perfectly located for easy walks to all the town's sites, shopping, and beach. We've been summer renters for generations and this was one of the best. A great family spot. Happy happy!

Choice location in Rockport
It’s a great spot in downtown Rockport, within walking distance of beaches, shops, and sightseeing. It also has one very scarce feature in Rockport: parking! The house is well-stocked with appliances and utensils, and is clean and comfortable. It also has some fascinating history. We’ve been there more than once, and have already booked it again for next year

Amazing week in beautiful Rockport
3rd year staying at the cottage. Spotless and welcoming upon arrival. Enjoyed dining out at local restaurants and took in 2 concerts at the music hall. The location couldn't be any better - the charming tiown is right at your doorstep. A quick walk to the town beach- perfect way to spend the day. And the kitchen was perfect for making a seafood dinner with local caught lobsta . Already dreaming of our week here next summer.

Wonderful large in town condo
The unit was steps away from the many shops and restaurants in town. We walked everywhere. The master bedroom is fantastic with a cute sitting area and a great view from every window. The kitchen was well stocked. The washer and dryer were full size. We had a great time exploring the area.

July Rockport vacation
This property was wonderful. Great location, we could walk to shops, beaches and ice cream (!). Also, there were other beaches nearby to drive to. Everything you need is in the cottage and the sleeping arrangement are flexible and perfect for us. The owners responded to my many questions and even found our missing car fob after we left. We will be back if possible.

Heaven On Earth in Rockport Ma
Another wonderful week in Rockport at a picture perfect home. I can't say enough about this rental - spotless upon check-in, well appointed rooms, comfortable beds and furniture and all the items needed for a fun day at the beach. Enjoyed using the fire pit at night and taking in the sun on the lovely patio located right outside our front door. The charming town is right down the block and the beach a short walk away. We have been vacationing at Rockport for over 20 years and we always find something new every year. The events at the beautiful Music Theatre are so entertaining. We will definitely be returning to Jonathan and Ellie's amazing home next summer. They are the most accommodating hosts who are always available from start to finish. And we were so happy to meet Jonathan in person when he stopped by to check on the fire pit.

Great Stay, Prime Location
We booked the cottage for a girls fall getaway and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Rockport is a lovely town and the location of the property is top notch, close to all the shops, restaurants and beach area. There is parking onsite, an outdoor area with a fire table and chairs, and everything you could possibly need at your home away from home. Plenty of space for 4 women. Easy train ride or Uber ride into Salem and other neighboring towns. Thank you to the owners for being so attentive and communicative. It was a vacation we will hold near and dear.

Lovely place by the harbor
The cottage is just around the corner from the harbor and provides a good access to all the shops and views you could want. Plenty of space inside to stretch outz and Jonathan was always on the ball no matter what may be at issue with the residence. Good bit of relaxation. Property is not designed around disability access, however. Front step is a 6 inch rise and the master bedroom, fireplace, and the attached bathroom is all up on a raised floor with additional steps to the shower.
