We stayed here for 3 lovely days in October. We were surprised at how quiet it was in this area, we thought there might be more hustle and bustle, but there wasn't at all. Location was great, with a very nice view of the water. The host, Tim is super responsive to questions, which is very much appreciated. It is really nice to have 2 separate bathrooms, which you don't always see in condos like this. Kitchen was pretty well stocked, though the Keurig machine was a little fussy. (try turning it off and back on again!)
I would suggest having some kind of a notebook for renters to refer to, partially so we don't have to bug the hosts with questions about things! Also, this is not under the control of the hosts, but coming down the stairs in the dark is a little scary! There is a motion activated light near the bottom, but that doesn't come on until you are almost at the bottom! There may have been another light out, I don't know, but I would recommend being ready to use a flashlight if you are going to come and go at night.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, we did not fish, but we enjoyed all the birds right out across the street at the pier, and a short drive to several other fantastic birding locations. I would stay here again.
