The home, recently built in 2022, boasts an abundance of features, from a private gas grill and outdoor dining area to an inviting waterfront patio with an outdoor dining area - ideal for steak nights or spending quality time with loved ones. Enjoy amazing views of the bay from the comfort of the patio which features an outdoor TV and fans that keep everyone cool. With free WiFi, streaming, and board games, you won't go short of entertainment for those lazy evenings. And of course, the full kitchen with a wine fridge will make indoor gatherings that extra bit special. Occupancy and parking are strictly enforced. Guests in violation will be removed. Boat trailers do not count as a vehicle and must be parked in the driveway of the unit. The vehicle that has been displaced by the trailer must be parked at overflow parking on the island or at the community park. Weddings, parties, and RVs are not permitted on-site.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
