"Everything was good process wise. There was a lot of noise from adjacent highway. You need an engineering degree to put way the sofabed. Added cleanliness needs be given to the sofabed. Keurig did not work."

"This place was a great little get away, don’t let the outside photos deter you from booking the place, the cottage is very spacious and the kitchen has everything you need to cook for your family, it’s in a quiet neighborhood and close to the beach and shops, Chris was also very helpful, we really enjoyed our stay and we’re looking forward to going back"

"I booked this place super last minute for the 4th of July weekend. It’s a great location right in between Rockport and Aransas Pass, takes 10 min to get to either. Cutest little cul-de-sac with 6 total cottages on the property. Love that it was pet friendly. Might just be the time of year but mosquitoes were eating us up like a buffet when in the grass area. "Had a great stay, the cottage was the perfect size for 1 person. Also loved that I was able to have my dogs with me on my trip back home. The place was spotless, very neat and clean. The only 2 things that I would say could improve at this property is maybe having a small fenced in community yard for the dogs and also cutting the grass shorter to shew away the mosquitoes! Other than that, I highly recommend. "

"We stayed for a two-night weekend trip, and found this unit to be very nice. It's in a great location that's central to Rockport, but it's also a quiet setting with clean and well-maintained grounds. The only issues we experienced were a noisy running toilet and broken wifi, but these only had a minor negative impact on our stay. We assume they will be resolved by management, and will likely look into staying here again next time."
