"The property was beautiful, clean, and close to lots of attractions. Stephanie was a fantastic host that responded quickly to my questions while planning the trip. Our children were with us (two teens). They didn’t want to share the futon so we brought an air mattress and there was plenty of room for it. The size of the property was bigger than I expected. "Nothing about this apartment was comfortable the kitchen had no pots or pans for cooking, no table and chairs to eat, the bed/mattress was uncomfortable,bedding smelled of cigarettes and had cigarette burns on the blanket, blinds were broken, restroom tiles were cracked, shower curtain smelled of cigarettes , a train close by made a lot of noise all through the night, no access to the Wi-Fi only had password but not name. "This was a fantastically easy stay in Rockport. We came to town to visit friends and this was such an ideal location in Rockport as well as proximity to Gloucester. The main bed was firm- very comfy for me! A great night sleep. There was everything you could want in the kitchen for a longer stay, too. Good hot water in shower! Some cleanliness issues, which did not bother us for such a short stay- just some dust/ pet hair, and shower grout issues- not a big deal. Communication with Malikkah...
