The property is not actually open! I had to find alternate accommodation! On Good Friday! Do you know how difficult and stressful that was for me at 5:30 pm? Load of agit and I will be telling all and sundry not to book they you guys. Just disgusting.

A good comfortable stop ,except When i booked included Breakfast ,but told Breakfast stopped a couple Months Earlier,I believe this should being honoured as was why i original booked it . This was wrong company .Parking was excellent and gated at Night.

Was unable to book online kept glitching, went there knowing they had rooms free, front door locked with a sign saying please ring this number that never got answered or replied to voice message that was left. After ringing and waiting for 30 min i found another hotel to stay.

The property's exterior sign was not illuminated and was not easily identifiable from the street at dusk given one could not park on the highway to check. Tedious access to the building and room with inputting codes into poorly illuminated keypads. Not easy when carrying luggage. Staff were friendly and check in a breeze.
