"I'm sure it doesn't happen too often but unfortunately my day spent at this hotel the water heater was broken. And she didn't tell me until I had been checked in. They did let me check-in at like 2pm though and the room was very comfortable. I had a suite with two bathrooms, two TVs, and two couches ..."

"Our room did not stay very cool with AC. I also thought it was very rude when the bar staff rudely approached us about leaving with our drinks. We were just walking to our room but she was rude and stopped us to pour them into paper cups with no explanation."
