We highly enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well equipped to make all meals including Christmas dinner. My family really enjoyed the hot tub and how relaxing it was. The shower in the master suit was very nice. This cabin was very easy to get to and seemed to be in a great proximity to different locations. We at first we were slightly worried we wouldn't have the seclusion, but the fact its set down a bit gives all the seclusion one could want. We would highly recommend to stay here.
This house was absolutely perfect for us girls. Erin responded every time before our stay. Since this was the first time we stayed at a VRBO, we were impressed with the price, the accuracy of the listing and will not hesitate to book with VRBO again.
We loved our little mini getaway. It was perfect for our family and we enjoyed all the amenities. We have saved this trip as we look forward to returning here in the future!!
This house was perfect for our trip! The house had everything that we needed to relax and celebrate the bride! We love that it was close to hiking and restaurants!
Keri was easy to communicate and work with! Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a cozy little cabin to get away to!
Planned a little weekend getaway for a group of six women. This cabin was exactly what I wanted for this trip. The property was clean and cozy. I've recommended this cabin to other people as well!
Overall we were all pleased with the property. We did run out of water on Saturday night, but it was fine on Sunday. The kitchen was well stocked with most everything we needed. Overall it was a pleasant stay.
We had 6 girls who stayed at this cabin! It was super cute and many items were included. Any issues we had the owner responded quickly and fixed them right away. It was a nice place to stay we all had a good time!
Great location, nicely updated. We stayed for a weekend girls trip and had a great time! Only recommendation I would have is adding some curtains and more mirrors, or at least one full body mirror. Property owner was easy to contact and responded promptly to any questions.
Our stay was a wonderful and memorable trip for all of us. The house was so cute and everything we could’ve asked for. The host was quick with responses and very kind and friendly. The house is also in a perfect location, not to far from things but the perfect distance. I would highly recommend this rental to others.
The house was very clean, the AC was on so the house was a comfortable temp. kitchen was great. only negatives were that the top deck railing is a little loose and the steps going down to house could use a railing to help older quests. Overall the house is great and we would recommend it.
Very clean property that was easy to get to. Some areas that need fixing up (example: water leaking through foundation in bunk room, water leaking from wall near primary bath, door knob fell off primary bedroom). Deck, fire pit, hot tub were great for adults. Yard is not ideal for smaller children. Overall enjoyed our stay and working with property owners!
This was one of the best cabins my group of friends and I have stayed in! We have been doing a girls weekend in Hocking Hills the past 7 years and this cabin had one of the best kitchens (we cook big meals together on our weekends) and had plenty of places for all of us to sleep. The open floor plan allowed for some of us to cook while still being able to socialize with everyone in the living room. The only thing I would have added was hooks in the bathrooms for towels (which the owner has already said she would add and end table/coffee tables for the living room to sit drinks on (we brought our own folding table since we saw there was not one in the pictures 😅
I was very impressed with the communication from the property owner, she was amazing. She was very helpful as well. The first night we arrived the hot tub wasn't warming up, but she had a tech there the next morning and resolved the issue. Our girls loved the bunk beds. We hope to come back to this cabin again. We loved the hot tub, the outdoor fires, the master bedroom bed, and the fireplace inside.
Very nice stay. Lots of attention to detail, with very well-equipped kitchen. Super comfortable beds. Lots of fluffy towels … and beach towels for the hot tub. Fairly convenient location for day hikes in Hocking Hills State Park.
Cabin is still being remodeled between stays but was perfectly livable. Although, there was no place to hang wet towels or store/hang clothes. (Kerri knows this and is installing hooks shortly.) Some of the outlets were not functioning but Kerri was very responsive and within a few hours, they were replaced and worked fine … all while we were out enjoying our day. Downstairs “bunk room” best suited for little ones as it is quite small … although the room technically sleeps 6, it might not be very comfortable for 6 adults. Would likely increase the “Overall Rating” to 5 once all remodeling has been completed.

Big but needs some personal touches
Big enough for family. The master bedroom leaks at window when raining. The doorknob fell off in master bedroom. Grill was not clean to use. No dressers or closets for clothes . Lived out of suit case for whole week. Can't use the soaker tub that they show because water is dirty and can't fill it up very much. Can only use one shower at a time because of water pressure. Also couldn't gather around campfire because it's not level and slopes down. was hard to sit in chairs. The cabin was nice to stay in but really needs some attention.

Girl trip
Everything seemed to be fine when we first arrived but as 5 women needed showers, run dishwasher we ran out of water several times. Had to call host to get maintenance man there. The master had a soaking tub which couldn't be used. Master had shower with rain head that just would sprinkle. Forget washing your hair because you'd never get the soap out. As far as grilling out dinner, we opened up gas grill to find a gross mess and. No grill cleaning utensils. The house sits on a side of a steep hill and it is very steep getting down to the fire pit. The walkway stairs are made of railroad ties held by pieces of rerod sticking up which is dangerous. The only thing that saved our stay was the location for hiking, and canoeing. I would not recommend it for families with younger children.
The cabin was easy to find and just minutes from 3 of the hocking hills trails. The others were about 20 minutes away. Town is literally right down the road. We spent our days on the trails and evening and mornings at the cabin. We played games, enjoyed sitting on the porch, eating drinking and loving the view. Our three grandkids enjoyed the bunk room, bonfire, games on the deck, and managed to eat alot of food. Of course we watched football our high school team, NFL and scary movies in the living room. We were a big family of 7. Great time, great location. We brought all our own food and beverages so we hiked and had fun. I couldn’t tell you about the brewery or the barbecue place we just hung out at the cabin. Thanks to the owners everything went smoothly. The hiking will keep you busy. Most trails I would recommend not taking kids under 10. Our grandkids were the perfect age. Our kids kept up with them on the trails. Thank goodness but the trails are no joke. We did all 8 taking the inner trail on a few. Have fun. We had the perfect weather for our 4 nights. One night was rainy and windy perfect for a Halloween movie. Lol. And the nuts were falling from the trees hitting the metal roof which made it even scarier! Thanks for the memories! Fall Break 2023 in the books. Fantastic

Absolutely not worth it.
spent the weekend here. We were excited because the pictures looked great!
The only question I asked the owner before arrival was if we will have propane to grill for our stay. Checked in on a Friday with a late check in time. we were aware of the camera situation but didn’t know we were going to be surrounded by them all over the outside patio (front&back) not sure if those are recording audio, so we felt like we were being listened to/watched. The cabin was clean from a far, once you really got to sit down and look, it appeared dirty. The living room rug had some kind of food on it, the couch was dirty once you sat on it. had to look up &down for the TV remote. The outside fire pit is on a ridiculously unsafe and unleveled ground. could only sit around half the pit and still felt unsafe. hot tub we were really excited for had the inside dirty with leaves and bugs at the bottom. rooms of the cabin are extremely small except the master bedroom. there’s a narrow staircase to get to the other bedrooms. On the bottom left bunk bed, my friend had found two cat nail shells wedged into the sheets. couldn’t help but laugh at the situation because of finding one thing after the next. I have taken pictures of the bed because we are so disgusted and not sure if the bedding was even cleaned to begin with. 2nd night we couldn’t even grill. friend almost blew their face off to start it, too late to contact owner so we used oven. Very upset with the way things went here. Never again!
The cabin was beautiful. Was plenty big enough for our family of six. Was easy to find and secluded enough.
We went for Thanksgiving and the kitchen was definitely lacking in supplies. If you aren’t planning on cooking much it should be ok. The dishes are few and are not in the best of shape.
I think the water is from a well. Which is fine, it just has a smell to it.
Also there were several mice. Which I mean I guess it is what it is, but we had to throw lots of food out because they got into it.
The Hot tub was cold and not clean. The host did message us and warn us about that.
The host did message us back with any questions and concerns that we had. I am not sad that we stayed here, just not in our top 5.
