Featuring beautiful, cherry wood finishes throughout, the home's interior is equipped with contemporary, high-end furniture and appliances, and modern essentials including free WiFi, central heating, and a private washer/dryer.

The ground floor features a cozy den and living space with a queen sofabed and twin/trundle providing additional sleeping options. The wall-mounted smart TV is perfect for streaming games and movies and is equipped with a Xbox360 game console featuring a large selection of games. The five-seater table offers space for card and game nights and a provided mini fridge will save you trips upstairs for extra beverages and snacks. For a little friendly competition, head into the garage-game room for a few rounds of ping-pong, air hockey, and foosball. Sliding door access leads out to the ground floor patio and private hot tub, with beach access just beyond.

Three full bedrooms can be found on the second floor. Both guest guest rooms feature a private balcony overlooking the town and share access to a full bathroom in the hall. The primary suite includes an expansive en suite bath with jetted shower, walk-in closet, and flatscreen TV. It also includes private access to the shared, ocean view balcony on this level.

The third floor serves as the homes primary living space featuring a grand, open layout awash with natural lighting and sweeping ocean views. Anchored by an enormous fireplace, the living room offers striking vistas and a flatscreen smart TV for viewing pleasure. The full kitchen boasts an impressive array of updated appliances and amenities, with plenty of counter space to prepare and serve delicious homemade meals. A high-top bistro table offers seating for two while the expansive breakfast bar can accommodate another eight. The formal dining table is set for 10. A small balcony off the kitchen is a peaceful place to enjoy a morning coffee. Sliding access from the living room leads out to this floor's large furnished patio equipped with outdoor seating and a gas grill for summer barbecues.

Kids will love making the fourth floor loft area their own with entertainment and sleeping options for all ages. The space is brightly lit through rows of skylighting and an enormous porthole window overlooking town. A selection of children's books and toys is provided, along with a wall-mounted smart TV equipped with a Playstation game console and games.

Views and proximity to sand and beach were great. The eleven of us couldn’t stretch the 2 paper towel rolls and three kitchen garbage bags through our six day stay. WiFi is poor. Could use a deep cleaning for sure.

Decently well
Please fix the Grill. Grill will not reach a temperature above 200-250°F which is impossible to grill. It more smokes rather than cooks. The house was amazing and big but super outdated and old bedding. Impossible to sleep on.

Beautiful home

Great Ocean access and view.
We enjoyed our stay here. There were 11 of us which the house accommodated well. Be aware that the two baths with showers only had us going in shifts. I can’t imagine how it would be with 15 or more people. There is a half bath off the kitchen which really helped. This house was something in its day, a little worn and rough around the edges but the amenities really make it a fun family trip. Video games, foosball, ping pong, hot tub, walk right onto the beach. Many really great things about this home, along with really comfy beds!

Beautiful home
Overall I am satisfied with this home. It’s very beautiful, spacious & in a convenient location. It was mostly clean just a few nit picky items such as some dust on the stairs, the pantry door handle had flour or something on it, the ice maker was dirty and one of the chairs had a nail sticking out and ripped my pants. I would book this home again.

Beautiful home and location! Lacking in a few areas
We had a great time overall at this home/condo! The view is amazing and perfect beach access right from the downstairs balcony. They had a lot of beach equipment for us to use and kitchen was pretty well stocked for us to cook our own meals. Beds were comfortable and plenty of space for everyone in our family. Lots of fun activities and games and we enjoyed the hot tub. Something to note is that this is a 5 level home with the kitchen being on the 4th floor- if stairs are hard for you to go up and down on this place is not for you. This did not bother us too much but it was pretty hard carrying some of our stuff up and down while unpacking and packing back up. This place was really lacking in cleanliness though, I understand it’s a huge place and probably hard to clean everything in between guests, but we had to sweep the floors when we arrived which I don’t expect to do when paying a cleaning fee. Lots of dust and spider webs, grill was unusable-we tried to clean it but even the brush provided was so dirty and stinky, so that was a disappointment. Overall a nice place but it really needs a thorough deep clean and a few updates to go from just good to amazing.

This house was perfect! Lots of room, close walk right out the backdoor to the beach, tons of room and plenty of towels! The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need to make meals.

Best location!
Perfect location right on the beach!!! Huge windows that let you see the waves from most areas of the house. Four levels and lots of space to spread out with a large group. Only things that could use improvement is a new couch, (the couch has no support underneath) hooks to hang towels, and a new stove(it would light and didn’t cook things evenly or well)

Filthy, not clean at all. Floors dirty, rat traps in pantry, air filter not changed in years. We as a family cleaned place when we got there. Table has crust under table mat. Five flights of stairs with a non-working elevator. The least they could have done is make elevator into dumb waiter, especially since the kitchen is on the 4th level. The pictures are definitely the non-accident side. Up keep is a definite problem. Spending $6200.00 for 4 days, I would expect things to be functioning. The view was great however.

Family Beach Get Away
It was a beautiful home and plenty of space for our family. There were 11 of us and we had a wonderful time. RIght on the beach, The balconies everywhere were all very clean. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. Toys and kites for the beach and the hot tub was definitely a plus. We watched a live band for a few hours on the back balcony. Shops all around with a 24 hour small grocery store across the street. We plan on coming back.

The house (condo)ended up working out well for my family, but the top level absolutely needs to have more ventilation!!! It gets unbearably hot up there, even with fans running 24/7 -- The beach was great, location in town was good --

Amazing family vacation!
The house is huge! It accommodated my family of 12 perfectly. We had 5 adults and 7 kids and everyone had plenty of space. The kitchen was great, had everything we needed and more. The game rooms downstairs and the loft upstairs were great for the kids, they all spent lots of time together there. The views from the living room were stunning. The beds in the bedrooms on the middle floor were all comfortable, and bathrooms were also very nice. The showers were amazing!! The hot tub very clean and as hot as a hot tub should be expected. The beach access was directly out the back patio and manageable. If we have one piece of caution before booking, be very ready to climb stairs, your legs will get a workout! But nothing that would deter us from staying again! The Vacasa management team were all very welcoming and checked in with a simple text message when we arrived to make sure everything was up to our liking which was a very nice touch. Thank you!

Trip back to early 2000s
Overall the location, the views, and the beach access of this property are amazing but it ends there. The property itself seemed uncared for or repaired since the early 2000s with all original items. Water in the showers is barley warm and makes a crazy loud noise every time it is used. Finally there are just a bunch of random holes that have been half repaired, dust in every corner, everything creaks when walking and a smell of dead animals/mice traps in the pantry. Would not recommend staying here to say the least.

This property could not accommodate the heatwave. If possible, I would attach a photograph of the thermostat indicating the interior temperature at 86 with the A/C set at 55. It got worse. The 4th floor was uninhabitable, and we had 17 people. The gable ends allowed sunlight along with the skylights. Moreover, there were many small issues such as a number of drinking glasses with chipped rims and the access code not working requiring a call to the property manager and its press "1" for system. The challenges with the property management and the property were disappointing to say the least.

Amazing Home!
First of all this home is stunning! We had a rather large group there were 13 of us that ended up staying 8 of them happen to be kids that range between 3-14. We had plenty of room for everyone! It didn’t feel crowded and we could have comfortably had more people stay with us. The kids were never bored!! The house was very accommodating for children which we love! They had buckets and toys to play in the sand, spent a lot of time in the game room, and took over the loft. The beds were very comfortable and cozy. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some! I think they had every type of appliance you can think of. We could have used a couple more trash bags and dishwasher detergent but we made it work. The beach access was right out the door just know it’s down a few rocks that were turned into stairs so we had to help the little kids a little bit but nothing to bad. Speaking of stairs this house is full of them! We definitely got our leg workouts while we were there but the beauty of the house made it well worth it! So if you have anyone that can’t do a lot of stairs this is not the place for you. The views off the decks were stunning! The shower in the master bathroom was amazing! The hot tub was clean and hot! We couldn’t figure out how to make some of the lights work but it wasn’t a big issue and there was some dust in places but with 8 kids it’s nothing that bothered us to much. Over all we had an amazing time and this house is very worth it! Especially if you have a large group!

beautiful home but horrible experience!
Only one shower works in the house and the one that's "working" didn't even have hot water. almost EVERY DISH is dirty in the house. counters were dirty, the elevator doesn't even work. we got NO heads up that there would only be one shower This house is supposed to have a capacity of 18 people with ONE shower? one that doesn't even work at that. There was popcorn under the couches and all over the stairs. not all of the outlets were working. I had a really horrible experience here at my stay. maintenance and had to come out more than one time and tried everything he could. I am super disappointed. we had to find elsewhere to shower 18 people. not all of the lights are working so there must be some electrical issues even prior to us staying there. there was way too many things wrong with this house and we paid way too much for all of this to happen to us. My birthday weekend was ruined. I got into communication with the property rental and the maintenance guy was super nice and he understood my frustration but whoever owns the house didn’t seem to care much or try to make it right.

February 2024 stay
When we first checked in the home was FREEZING with no directions on how to warm the house. Finally found the thermostat, tried turning on fireplaces (only one worked) we called out a technician to fix fireplaces but had no luck and he just seemed irritated he had to be there, while on the phone with customer service trying to figure out how to heat the house, they had no knowledge of the thermostat or heat for the house. Found space heaters…. But then Lost power in half the house so not only did we not have heat, but then we had no power with kids. Not fun. Took over 12 hours to heat the house. Also didn’t state that this rental was a condo. We were under the impression that it was a house. But made it work. The previous renters left beer cans on the lower porch where the hot tub was along with the top living room balcony. Behind nightstands and beds was so dirty with dust and cobwebs, didn’t look like the house had been thoroughly cleaned in MONTHS. We loved how many dishes and cooking equipment they had. We wish the elevator worked cause we had someone in our group with a torn acl. By the first night she was in so much pain that she couldn’t enjoy the vacation. We didn’t even find the directions to the elevator till the last night….. A little more directions on how things worked would have been nice. We came from 6 hours away and was not expecting to have so many issues our first night. So that was a bummer. The home was pretty cool. Kids were never bored, plenty of spaces to sleep, the home was so big that everyone had privacy which was nice. As I stated above, a little more directions on how things worked or where stuff was located would have been nice so we didn’t have to constantly go on a wild goose chase. Beds were super comfy, but had troubles finding extra blankets and pillows for the trundle beds. Beach access was amazing, and the property was VERY quiet which was nice. Day 3 the hot tub smelled HORRIBLE like rotten fish, we were able to find some chemicals to help with that, but again…. Had to dig everywhere. Other than the issues mentioned above we had a really good time. I don’t know if we will rent again, UNLESS there are more directions and clarity from the owners

Wonderful!
Our experience with this property was so positive. We loved the beach access and all the beautiful stylings of this home. We actually really enjoyed all the stairs and the layout. Everyone had a space to be and lots of fun things to do. We hope to come back again someday!
