Ocean front 4 bed room home.

Ocean front home with private path to Nedonna Beach

You’ll enter the home on the lower level where you will find 2 bedrooms(king & queen) a full bathroom, laundry room with washer & dryer and a large family room(queen sleeper sofa). The family room has plenty of room for relaxing and watching a movie or playing games. As you go up stairs you will be awestruck with the amazing view of the ocean out of the extra large wall of windows and sliding glass door. It’s an open and spacious living, dinning and kitchen area. There are swivel recliners in the living room so you can choose your view, look north to the Nehalem bay jetty or south to twin rocks. Also in the living room is a large section sofa and electric fireplace. The large dinning table seats 8 comfortably and another 4 at the oversized kitchen island. The incredible kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and everything you could need to make your family meals including walk in pantry/coffee bar area. The kitchen window fully opens to the bar counter on the covered deck with a bbq and patio fire table that seats 6. Also upstairs is a half bath and 2 Master suits - The ocean front master bedroom has a king bed, TV, Blackout blinds/curtains, en suit bathroom w/ large soaking tub, tile shower double sink vanity, separate toilet closet. The mountain View master has a king bed, TV, walk in closet, en suit bathroom with tile shower.

When on the beach a must see at low tide is all the sea life on the jetty, star fish, sea anemones and little crabs are sure to make everyone smile. There are sand toys at the house for the castle builders.

Rockaway Beach is a short 3 mile drive south with restaurants, gift shops, coffee house and ice cream shops. Or Garibaldi is a bit father south with the Garibaldi Marina, there you can get fresh local seafood or go out charter fishing and catch your own fresh seafood. North of the house is Wheeler with a great antique shopping, Nehalem with amazing river side fish n chips! And Manzanita.

Good vacation house
Great appliances, lots of space, comfortable house. Very nearly perfect vacation spot! I would love to have the option of blinds in the upper windows and privacy blinds on the glass doors throughout, but this is a great vacation getaway!

Our family of 8 adults and 2 kiddos had a wonderful visit at this rental! Now I know why people were giving it a "10" rating. Nice quiet beautiful beach front location, everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, comfortable rooms and beds, etc. You won't be disappointed!

It's a perfectly situated new home with every conceivable comfort including great beds. The view is spectacular and the beach is accessible directly in front of the house. It's furnished beautifully and the kitchen is especially well-equipped. Teens had their own large room downstairs for TV and games, the BBQ is sheltered and conveniently located, hot tub was heavenly and the owner was very responsive to any questions. Lovely stay!

Three couples completely enjoyed this beach house! Lots of room to share yet complete privacy. Especially loved the great room and kitchen. Weather was perfect given it is December! Big grand sliding door opened up to lots of fresh air and ocean sounds. It was my wife and I second stay and wanted to share with our best friends. Can’t speak more highly about this property!

Great family reunion
First off the curb appeal was amazing, and once you enter the house the experience just keeps getting better. From the high end fit and finish of the whole house. Then the cleanliness was superb. Then all the amenities were highend. To top off the whole experience, the breath taking view was absolutely amazing. Plenty of space for everyone. We will definitely be booking this house again in the future.

We just spent 3 nights at this gorgous home to celebrate our 36th wedding anniversary and Valentines Day. The home was so nice we cancelled our Valentines dinner reservations and figured, why go out to eat when the view and ammenities are so perfect! We never left the home in the 3 days we rented. Just enjoyed the view and the gorgous home and truly relaxed. Highly recommend!

Fantastic Beach House
My family and I had a great stay at this beach house. Becky was very communicative and check in process was very easy. Home is super clean and has everything you need! We didn't find the drawer with Saran Wrap, baggies, and lighters until the next day ha! (It was a well hidden "magic" slide out drawer in the kitchen we didn't see). Unfortunately the fire pit for the outdoor table wasn't working but that wasn't a big deal. A house right on the beach was perfect! Would definitely book again!

Wonderful home!
We stayed at this home it is absolutely gorgeous! Very well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and plenty of room for our group. Great location to the beach, with lots of amenities you don’t need to bring from home. We had a few issues during the stay, like low propane and full garbage, and the host handled that quickly and communicated with us well. Only suggestion is find a way to block the frosted glass that is on every door, especially the important ones like common bathrooms and bedrooms. Just kind of awkward. Other than that, everything was great and we would absolutely stay here again.
