This condo sits in the Getaway complex, on a grassy bluff overlooking the ocean with beach access at the edge of the property. A short drive up Highway 101 will bring you to a variety of restaurants and shops in Rockaway Beach, as well as a small grocery store for last-minute shopping. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. Comfortable well provisioned condo with a wonderful ocean view. A couple of days were unusually hot for the coast and there wasn't A/C or even a fan to circulate the air. Our one contact with Vacasa took 4 hours for a response; in addition we tried via email, text & phone to advise that we forgot to turn on the dishwasher before checking out but wer unable to contact them. We would probably stay here again, but we would certainly bring a fan.

Nice Place
You're just a few steps from the beach at this property, so the location is great in that regard. We didn't eat lunch or dinner in Rockaway Beach, so I can't vouch for the nearby restaurants, but Tillamook is only 15-20 minutes away. It was cold and rainy while we were there, but the place had two space heaters to keep us warm. We enjoyed having a little kitchen and breakfast table and the view of Twin Rocks. The only negatives were the muddy parking lot and a slight difficulty in closing up the lockbox in which the house key was kept. But the management company helped us with that very competently. We enjoyed this place and recommend it for couples who like peace and quiet by the ocean.

Great location, comfortable place
lots of positives: location, view, cleanliness, stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, plenty of linens. couple areas in need of attention: bedroom door would not shut, not enough toilet paper for 7 nights. These 2 comments were shared by other guests. Since we experienced them too, I don't think they were fixed. I have a difficult time recommending this place to my family until I know they would not deal with the bedroom door issue.

This condo has a perfect view and a private deck. The beach access is right there and the fold down bed was a hit with the kids. Perfect place to stay!
