Step inside this adorable cabin and feel stress slip away. With gorgeous ocean views from the living room and kitchen you can enjoy wave watching no matter what the weather! When you are ready to play or just stroll, beach access is just steps away. This newly remodeled home is ideal for couples or small families.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy meals together. There are two cozy bedrooms each with queen sized beds and cottage like charm. Each room provided with extra blankets and pillows to make you comfy while you drift off to sleep listening to the hum of the ocean. The main bathroom is conveniently close to the master bedroom and has a spa like feel, complete with a river rock flooring in the shower to massage those tired feet. Additional bathroom is located downstairs with easy access from outside to wash off sand after a day on the beach.
Stormy weather? No problem, just add another log on the fire in the wood burning fireplace, grab a good book or watch movies with free WiFi /Cable or DVD player.
The heart of downtown Rockaway is less than a mile away, with several shops and restaurants within walking distance.

We can’t say enough about our stay! The beach is literally steps away and view of the sunset breathtaking. Vaulted ceiling made it feel spacious yet cozy for gathering. Every detail was thought of. We would love to stay again.

This worked amazingly for our family of four. The beds are so comfortable. Right near the beach and plenty of restaurants to choose from for meals or a quick jaunt into Tillamook to a larger grocery store.

Can’t beat the sunsets
Such a great coastal home with an amazing ocean view. Nicely decorated with everything you would need the home was very clean. Nice outdoor space and quiet neighborhood. The sunsets were absolutely incredible right from the house, but we walked across the street to the public access and sat on the bench the second night - breathtaking.

Wonderful home along the coast where we were able to rest and cozy up. Beautiful fire, amazing view of the water, and space to spread out. Close to town and cute shops, and beach walks for miles. Would highly recommend.

Perfect stay
I've stayed here several times and just love this property. It has everything you could need. A well appointed kitchen, comfotable beds and sofas, blankets, a fireplace and a lovely view of the ocean. Its centrally located to lots of great things to do along the coast as well. The host is always quick to respond to any questions. I look forward to coming back!

Great house in a great location
Really cute house equipped with everything you need. Beach access is right across the street. The beach itself is really great. It is very wide, about seven miles long and not crowded at all.

We enjoyed our stay with the view of the Ocean, wood burning fireplace, and the upgraded amenities. We appreciate the cleanliness and no clutter! We were happy with our decision and hope to be back, again!

What it doesn't show is that the path to the beach is quite steep. Being in our 70's that was a bit of a surprise. Husband could not get down to the beach and the only reason I could is that my 22 year old grandson walked ahead of me and we took it one step at a time.

Simply exquisite, the Crackerbox Palace shines in all dimensions. The abundance of windows gives the house a dazzling character that instantly brightens one's mood. The expansive beach is up the path across the street. Undoubtedly, the top rental house in the area is quiet, stocked well, and with intelligent attention to detail—in a word, superb.
