Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. We have several 7-foot bean bags, two comfy modular sofas, and floor space for sleeping bags! It can sleep 30 people! The space features a stage, a movie theatre projector, 2 smart TVs, an Xbox, a tree house WITH VIDEO GAMES and a SLIDE that leads into a ball pit. Perfect for a family gathering, girls weekend, etc.! There are also two bathrooms with showers, a full kitchen, and coin laundry all in the same building.

Great weekend away
We booked the resort for a weekend stay for a girl scout trip. The girls loved the beanbag beds and all the amenities. The kitchen was spacious and allowed us to prepare meals for our large group. We had a great trip and are looking forward to staying there again.

Christmas
We stayed here for Christmas, just hubs and kids stayed over night, and cooked for a few other family members. It was everything and more than expected. We loved everything! The space was needed as it rained Christmas and our family is majority kids lol. Super easy checkin and out, easy communication and fast reply. Amazing place for large or small group.

Wonderful tree house!
This get away is close enough to Chattanooga to run into town and enjoy the nightlife and see the sites and far enough away to give country life vibes. Very safe and family friendly. Our kids loved the tree house with all the games.

Went for a bachelorette party the place is so beautiful and fun. The bean bags are very big and comfy. Loved the karaoke stage and the host were quick and helpful with all questions we had.

Absolutely perfect
The girls loved the space. It was the perfect half way point of our 24 hour drive to rest up and recharge. The price for our Girl Scout group of 17 was unbelievably budget friendly. We only wish we could have stayed longer and enjoyed the amenities and area. Would highly encourage more than a one night stay. Clean, fun space for kids and adults that had absolutely everything we needed.
