Rock Spring Resort Suite 112 is the perfect two-bedroom cozy getaway destination! Located on the first floor and has room to host four adults or a family - Suite 112 offers a retreat to relax - as well as access to beautiful grounds that are guaranteed to soothe the soul.

I live on site and am available if needed.

Our neighborhood at Rock Spring Resort consists of long-term and short-term tenants. It is like one big family here! We are very family and pet friendly. We have tons of amenities for the kids and a dog-park for the pups! Our community consists of mostly deaf tenants. We have people on the property fluent in ASL, Dominican sign language, and Spanish.

There is a lot of space for parking on the property! Guests can park in front of the building, or behind, in the gravel areas. Travel will be best by car, though biking or walking is possible.

Our shared laundry facility is towards the back of our building. It is the teal door next to the laundry sign. It is on the far-left side.

Our hot tub and sauna are located in the back of the building as well. They are at the far right of the building.

Our dog park entrance is in our hallway near suites 112-118.

We have lighted signs located above our doors directing you to where your suite is.

Worth The Drive
The owners Don and Jen are amazing and need to be commended for the work and love they have put into this little piece of heaven in the hills of Georgia. Each apartment is unique spacious and beautifully decorated.All the amenities are there as well as a few perks such as complimentary wine and water.Outside we appreciated using the fenced in park for our dog and wished it had not been raining so that we could have walked around and enjoyed the rest of the resort. Jen and Don are very enthusiastic about their plans for the future and with all the hard work they have been doing I look forward to returning and seeing what new things they have added.

Relaxing getaway in Rock Spring
I so enjoyed my stay at Rock Spring Resort. I couldn’t ask for a nicer, friendlier place. The staff clearly works hard to make guests feel comfortable. The apartment was beautifully decorated and white glove clean. I’ll be back!!
