"Great location! Only steps to the beach. Stars are amazing. Sound of waves can be heard from the deck. Sunrise from the front deck each morning was wonderful. Sunset off the side deck is also great! Kitchen is well stocked for coooking and nice that staples were left behind from past guests, inlcuding extra drinking water. Be sure to go to the Island Farm store and the Market in Rock Sound was impressively stocked, especially for us as vegetarians who coooked most of our meals at Tradewinds. Information provided by host on nearby beaches, stores and restaurants was very helpful in our planning and considering what to do each day. Host was also very responsive with suggestions and help of any kind. December was a little too cold for us to use the pool but it was cleaned everyday in case we wanted to take a plunge. The secluded beaches, the adventurous roads, the wonderful shops and stores, the very helpful residents and shop owners, and Island Farm are the reasons we will be returing as soon as we can! "

"If you have the opportunity to stay at Blue Palms, take it! The house is set up perfectly and everything has been considered ... from beach chairs/towels to snorkel masks, guide books and coolers. Kitchen is fully stocked to cook at home with great heavy duty pans and blender for frozen drinks. Bedrooms and bathrooms terrific - all thoughtfully arranged with storage for clothes. Great artwork throughout house! Layout is well thought out with central big room inside and loads of hang out spaces outside. Front porch if it's windy, back veranda with table and lots of seating, pool area with table and many lounge chairs, cabana with chairs, hammock ... really, we were impressed! We used one of the kayaks to go snorkeling off the beach - saw loads of fish. This property is a gem! Host is very responsive with communication. Honestly, there's no need to look further. We hope to be back!"

"We stayed at this wonderful property over the Christmas holiday, and enjoyed every minute! From the beachfront location to the pool and spa, this property provided everything we could want to make our Holiday enjoyable. We had the beach to ourselves as turtles and stingrays swam in the water around our feet, and the warm trade winds flowed through buildings with large, sliding doors. Multiple refrigerators were available for beverage storage, and the large deck was a perfect playground for our 2-yr-old grandson. The property was clean and the manager was extremely helpful with any questions we had. We've been to a lot of ocean-side properties, but this one was one of the best we've seen! Highly recommended!!"
