Nestled into the hub of Rock Hill, you will find this charming condo with all of the amenities you need while away from home! Condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths and is in a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood. Sleeps 4 adults comfortably. Take a moment to relax on the back patio or furnished front stoop or cook a meal out back on the gas grill. Only a short drive to Lake Wylie, Carowinds, Charlotte, NC, or CLT Airport.

Complementary WI-FI and Smart TV’s in the living room and master suite.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all essential cookware, utensils and Keurig Coffee maker. Fresh linens and towels are provided as well as a washer and dryer. Paper towels and toilet paper provided as well.

This small townhome was just as advertised. It was very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and nicely located, at least for our purposes. The owner did a great job of communicating and making the whole process simple.

Overall experience was great. Needed a place to stay and work out of while taking care of our property nearby. Very convenient to local amenities. Had small issue getting into the VRBO app at time of check-in and owner was in constant communication with us to ensure we were able to access the property and get setup. We had a great stay at the Cozy Cottage Condo! We were in town to spend a day at Carowinds and this is a great location. It is also a short drive to Old Town with great restaurants and things to do. We had a great weekend and would stay again!
