"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the quality of the service, cleanliness, bar, restaurant, food etc etc. The employees were great too. However, the hotel is not ideal for someone that has impaired mobility or uses a wheelchair, because of steps within the common parts of the building and does not have a lift to access the upper floors' bedrooms. Whilst we were there, some decoration works were commenced indicating a recognition for ongoing maintenance is constant. The hotel would benefit from...

"Delightful place . The employees are super nice and good at their job.Very peaceful neighborhood around with view on the beach from the dining room. You can take the number 1 bus across the street to get to town in 7 minutes! Loved my room and appreciated the upgrade!"

"A gorgeous old country house hotel centrally located in Jersey and a short drive from the airport. The room was very well appointed, clean and comfortable. The bar and restaurant are cosy and relaxing spaces, the staff are very helpful and friendly. I really enjoyed my stay here and when we return to Jersey, this is where we will stay again. "Great hotel, staff very pleasant and helpful throughout. Room good size, large comfortable bed, bathroom with shower and bath. Ample toiletries supplied. Hospitality tray, which was replenished daily. Very good breakfast, with wide choice. Free parking on site. Good wi-fi. There I are two pools and spa, but unfortunately we didn’t have time to go in either. Hotel is about 20 minutes walk from St Helier where there are plenty of shops and restaurants.
