Queen sized bed along with a queen sized pull out sofa. This home is 2 blocks from Mayo Campus, 1 block from the walking and biking trails. Off street parking with 1 garage space. Private laundry, private side door access with personalized keyless entry code.

Clean, safe and walking to Mayo
