Shopping weekend

My mom and sisters and I enjoyed staying at this property. Very clean and enough space for 6 of us to sleep comfortably. The location was great for our shopping weekend.

Nice Place to Stay

We are very pleased with our stay in Rochester. I had a procedure done at Mayo and it was much nicer to recover at this home then a hotel and cost would be about the same, depending on which hotel you stayed at. I would definitely recommend this place if your needing a place in Rochester, MN.

Cute house in a great location. The host has lots of great information in the house itself that answers any question you might possibly have. Excellent central location in Rochester. Would recommend.

Sweet Place Mayo St Mary’s Location

We felt that we had all the amenities described and found the property to be very close to the main campus at Mayo. Whitney was very responsive when we requested information.

The house was overall great for us. I told the host that there are only 2 patio chairs, the rest had rips in them and needs to have pest control called. There were ants, earwig’s, and we seen a centipede (yuck) in the house. Neighborhood was quiet and friendly. I would stay at this property again!!!

Clean & Convenient

We chose this as opposed to a hotel as I was having surgery at Mayo and my husband needed a place to stay for over a week. It was convenient to the hospital and shopping. It was clean and just the right size but could use a little sprucing up. Would stay there again if needed.

Comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay. We were in Rochester for a family reunion, so spent a lot of time away from this house. We have a couple of safety issues that should be addressed. First is a railing of some kind at the entrance. My husband and I are both in our 80s and could have felt safer with a railing to help us enter and exit the house. The other issue was there no safety bars in the tub/shower in the upstairs bathroom.

Nice place

We enjoyed our stay here. Just four of us. Only one bathroom is accessible to all three bedrooms The second -walk in shower bathroom is downstairs. If you have any walking handicap it’s impossible to use. Nice kitchen with everything we needed to cook for the week. Whitney was quick to respond during the week.

Well stocked place!

The house is the best stocked place with necessities that I’ve been to! It was clean too and the location was perfect. A couple of downfalls- I wish I would have known the second bathroom was in the basement. And communication/response time with the host was not great. If it wasn’t for those 2 things I’d stay again!
