"When I made my reservation, I put in the instruction section that I needed a ground floor room or if not available a room near the elevator. If there wasn’t an elevator available, it had to be a ground floor room. On check-in, I was informed that it was an upstairs room. "We liked everything about the stay except one. I was told at checkin that there would be a breakfast served. When i went up to check, all I saw was bread to make toast and a bowl of apples. I had to go out in -5 degree weather to get breakfast for myself and my invalid mother. "

"We rented for my son's graduation and the house was perfect, here's why. 1. This 6 bedroom house was a better value than any Columbia hotel even if it had had zero amenities. 2. It doesn't have zero amenities. There is somewhere for everyone.
