"Great hotel Hidden gem"

"Firstly pricing very unclear. 80 euro was demanded as soon as we got there for cleaning, even though no mention of this at all on booking site or invoice. Cleaning was terrible, Washing left in machine, stale coffee left in pot, disgusting washing up sponge, old bits of food on outside table covered in ants and fridge held together with tape. Unless you have a car or are very fit, the location is terrible, there is a lift down to town but even that is quite a walk, especially back up if you have shopping. Overall experience very bad,, would never go back. Whole place also very dark and felt damp."

"Comfortable hotel in a quiet, open, green area. Excellent large free car parking. Very pleasant dining room overlooking the terrace and hills beyond. Breakfasts were good (help yourself hot and cold buffet). Dinners were excellent with a limited but interesting menu of mainly Italian and local dishes - portions were large. Service in the dining room was excellent. There's no lunch option at the hotel so we used the Centro Commerciale just a block away."

"This was our hotel was our very first night in Italy and it was absolutely perfect. Huge space, amazing tub, charming aesthetic, super comfortable bed, and very helpful and friendly staff. It is so easy to walk to a variety of restaurants for dinner or coffee. Parking is right on site. Elegant, affordable and charming. Absolutely loved this stay! "

"This Beautiful boutique hotel is just half a minute drive to Serravalle design outlet. It has a MacDonalds right opposite as wel. The room was clean and so aesthetically decorated! The complimentary breakfast had a wonderful spread! We also had a lovely dinner in the restaurant within the hotel. It was very good! We had a really enjoyable time. The hotel is highly recommended! Will come again ! "
