The Quercia Grossa house is about 3 km from roccatederighi and is a delightful typical Tuscan country house. It is in a common property of two lodgings completely separated by separate gates and fences and facing each other. it overlooks a beautiful panorama of the Tuscan Maremma with a sea view at an elevation of about 450 meters above sea level

Normally summers allow for pleasant weather while in May and September the weather can be unstable, so it is advisable to bring heavy clothing.

To reach the accommodation there is a dirt road of about 100 meters in good condition, except for adverse weather conditions that may damage the road surface and create small potholes; therefore, it is not recommended to drive along it with very low cars.

Saniertes Bauernhaus in toller Lage
Pros: Das Haus liegt sehr idyllisch zwischen Wein- und Olivenplantagen, die Aussicht ist der Hammer! Der Pool ist sehr gepflegt, es gibt viele Liegen, eine Lounge und eine tolle überdachte Sitzgelegenheit mit Grill. Die Küche und das Bad sind sehr gut ausgestattet, das Bett war bequem. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Bis auf das Bad hat man sehr viel Privatsphäre. Cons: Das Leitungswasser ist kein Trinkwasser, das war uns vorher nicht so bewusst. Es sind 2 Ferienwohnungen im Haus, die Sitzgruppe der anderen Wohnung war direkt vor unserem Bad/Toilette, trotz geschlossener Fenster fühlte man sich, als würde man mit am Tisch sitzen :D hier wäre ein bisschen mehr Privatsphäre schön gewesen. Das WLAN war sehr langsam.

Heiß!!!!!
Pros: Super sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet, der Pool war auch sehr sauber und erfrischend.Gastgeberin war immer erreichbar, unkomplizierter Ablauf. Cons: Es war soooo heiß, leider auch im Haus, vorallem nachts! Und für zwei Schlafzimmer leider nur ein Ventilator. Und leider links und rechts neben dem Haus aggressive Hunde, die Tag und Nacht im Garten sind und bellen. Straße zum Haus sehr schlecht zu befahren, nur mit SUV möglich.

Bij problemen werd je erg aardig geholpen. Heel mooie omgeving. Zeer groot overdekt winkelcentrum op een half uur rijden. Cons: De trappen waren onregelmatig en soms hoge treden. Het toilet spoelde slecht door. Veel blaffende honden in de buurt. De doorgangen in het huis waren laag waardoor ik als lange (1,90mtr} europeaan steeds mijn hoofd stootte.

Rustikales Haus an Hanglage
Pros: Die Gastgeber waren für Rückfragen jederzeit verfügbar. Das Haus inmitten der toscanischen Landschaft sehr schön und mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Cons: Der Treppenzugang zum Haus ist anspruchsvoll und für ältere Leute eher nicht geeignet. Das Hundegebell 24/7 aus der direkten Nachbarschaft stört einem vielleicht weniger wenn man selber mit einem Hund anreist.
